Experience a cooking class with a local family

Just a 15-minute drive outside of Sorrento, in the laid back town of Sant’Agata, is where you'll find the welcoming home of the D’Antonio family. Laura Niccolai, was trained by the first ever Italian chef to gain three Michelin Stars, Gualtiero Marchesi, known as the guru of the Italian kitchen. During the lesson you'll cook with Laura.

With a glass of wine or Aperol Spritz at your side, you'll make three to four courses and learn the secret recipes of the D’Antonio family, from making homemade pasta to filleting the catch of the day. As well as its use of locally sourced ingredients from small artisan producers, what we love about this cooking school is its authenticity.

During the summer months you'll enjoy your meal on the gorgeous terrace of the family’s villa. On cooler days you can retreat to the dining room filled with pictures and characterful antiques.

Laura can shape the class to your interests and even dietary requirements, and is able to offer gluten-free pasta making.
