Alvear Palace

This hotel, generally regarded as the grandest in Buenos Aires, is located in the heart of Recoleta, the most refined quarter in Buenos Aires. It opened in 1932 and it has an imposing architecture and decoration.

The 80 palace rooms and 120 suites are decorated with Empire and Louis XI style furniture, as well as Egyptian cotton sheets and Hermes de Paris amenities. The L’Orangerie Restaurant is well known throughout the city, and the La Bourgogne Restaurant serves fine French and International cuisine. The Health Club features a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and a gymnasium.
