Situated at 4 Sam Nujoma Road, Hotel Zum Kaiser (formerly the Swakopmund Boutique Hotel) is conveniently located close to the centre of Swakopmund and a stone's throw away from the beach. The property consists of 21 beautifully decorated rooms split between two adjacent properties. The spacious and welcoming entrance lobby leads guests upstairs to the rooms, and eventually to the rooftop terrace which boasts superb views of the old town to one side and the ocean to the other. The terrace is the perfect spot for sundowner drinks.

Each room is equipped with tea and coffee station, satellite television, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, minibar, balcony and large en suite bathroom. The décor is fresh and subtle with a number of rooms having sea views. Three of the rooms are family suites with interleading doors separating two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a DVD player in the second bedroom for children's movies. The hotel also has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. Alternatively, it is located just a short walk from the Tug, as well as many of the other restaurants in town.
