Salt Suites

Milos, Greece

Located at the edge of Pollonia, right on the water, Salt Suites is a characterful, boutique hotel offering expansive sea views. Modern, bright and minimalist, its deceptively simple design and tranquil location make it a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel has just ten rooms and the service is attentive yet discreet, with staff aiming to provide for guests’ every need while staying out of the way and ensuring privacy. Inside, the decor is chic and characterful with the palette of pure white only broken by light, unfinished wood features.

Guests can relax on their room’s balcony, where an à la carte breakfast is served each morning. They can also find loungers on the sunny deck terrace which is directly over the water and faces the vivid sunset in the evenings.

OUR OPINION:

We love the island-chic style of Salt, and the attentive service that comes with having only ten rooms. The location right on the sea and the views are added bonuses.

Excellent

Rooms

Each of the ten rooms and suites is individually named after one of the beaches of Milos. The style is minimalist and the white interiors complement the vivid blue sea views out the windows. Natural wood features in the decoration, add a characterful, beach-house style. All rooms have balconies shaded by wooden pergolas as well as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Some of the larger suites also offer kitchenettes and a few of the rooms have private outdoor hot tubs looking onto the sea.

Location

Located at the edge of Pollonia overlooking a quiet inlet of the sea, the location of Salt Suites is one of its best assets. The proximity to the water means guests can enjoy sea views, while also being just a three-minute walk to Pollonia Beach and roughly ten-minutes’ walk from the town’s restaurants. Because the hotel is located on the western coast of the small peninsula of Pollonia, the sun sets over the water in front of the hotel in the evenings, making for special views.

Food and drink

Breakfast is served in your room each morning from an à la carte menu that you can enjoy in the privacy of your own balcony. Off the reception area, there’s a scenic terrace right over the water where snacks and drinks are served throughout the day.
