Hôtel & Spa Régent Petite France

Hôtel & Spa Régent Petite France

Strasbourg, France

Sitting astride a canal in the medieval Petit France quarter of Strasbourg, the half-timbered Régent Petite France offers a romantic Alsatian retreat as well as a convenient base for exploring the surrounding region. You’ll enjoy excellent views over the old town, including the cathedral and river.

The hotel blends historic character and contemporary luxury — each of the 75 rooms feature sleek modern lines and a minimalist palette of white and grey, contrasted with more rustic touches like exposed wooden beams and dark wooden floors.

The hotel’s restaurant, Le Pont Tournant, continues the theme — the menu features traditional Alsatian dishes that have been remade with a creative twist to offer lighter, healthier fare. You can also avail yourself of the Champagne bar, the generous breakfast buffet, and the adults-only spa.

OUR OPINION:

We like this hotel for its combination of understated luxury and Alsatian character. It also offers exceptional views of Strasbourg and a convenient base for exploring the city and the wider region.

The 75 rooms are spread over two buildings on either side of a canal. You’ll find sleek modern furniture and a minimalist style that blend seamlessly with historic character — the cool palette of grey and white is accented by dark, rustic wood features from the building’s original construction in the 16th century. Each room comes with an exceptional view of the Petit France quarter.

Whether you choose a Privilege or Executive room, you’ll have a generous amount of space and ample light thanks to the airy design and large windows.
