After your short flight, you鈥檒l be welcomed at Split Airport by your private driver, who will escort you to your hotel. Once you are settled in and perhaps have grabbed lunch, you will be met by your local guide. On your private walking tour of the city, you will learn about the history of Split. You will explore the historic district, most of which is set within the bounds of the 4th-century Diocletian鈥檚 Palace. Originally built for the Roman emperor as a retirement home, it is still in use, its ancient buildings buzzing with life.
